A society becomes supportive and inclusive when its members and groups cooperate on a voluntary basis to be more effective. In a diverse society, nationalities and subcultures, LGBT groups and other vulnerable and minority groups pursue effective dialogue with each other and the majority of the society. Therefore, they support each other and driven by solidarity, they join efforts to collaborate. The driver of an inclusive society in active citizenship as well as a solid belonging to individual and community identity. This is what creates values and is the basis of personal fulfilment. In an inclusive society, all individuals and groups participate equally in debating and deciding questions related to them. Diverse youth are the cornerstone of a democratic, liveable, colourful and an inclusive society. This is to build bridges between an individual and a group, minority and majority.
